Close NY Senate race between Ryan, Paro could be decided in December

The state Senate race between Democrat Chris Ryan and Republican Nick Paro is so close, it will likely be decided by a recount of ballots.
The process could go on through Thanksgiving and into December, said Dustin Czarny, Onondaga County’s Democratic elections commissioner.
